The 2013 Open Book Festival is being held in Cape Town from Saturday 7 to Wednesday 11 September. Jonathan Ball authors to look out for include Deon Meyer, Helen Moffett, Paige Nick, Hlumelo Biko, Margie Orford and Michiel Heyns.
